Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Prayer clauses (a) and (b) of this application cannot be granted as similar relief was claimed in the writ petition which was not granted at admission stage. Prayer for early hearing cannot be acceded to considering the fact that Original Side Writ Petitions which are from 1992 onwards have been assigned to this Court. Even very old writ petitions are assigned to this Court. Hence, no priority can be given to the hearing of the writ petition of 2015 at this stage. Civil application is rejected.
