Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for restoration of Civil Revision Application No.319 of 2016 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 21.6.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

pr2 cac400-16 the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Time to remove all office objections as per order dated 21.6.2016 is extended till 8.7.2016. B) If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Office is directed to place the Civil Revision Application on board on 15.7.2016.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

D) Statement made by advocate for applicant in Civil Revision Application to continue till further orders.

E) Liberty granted to the parties to make appropriate application before the Trial Court for adjournment for one month.
