Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kirshnan, learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the instant F.I.R.No. 727 of 2020 registered with Pimpri police station, is also investigated into by E.O.W. which is seized with investigation of F.I.R. No. 225 of 2020, which was initially registered with NRI, Sagari police station.

We have perused the F.I.R. No. 225 of 2020 registered with NRI Sagari police station and the instant F.I.R. No. 727 of 2020. The Vishal Parekar 1/2
938-wp-401-2021.doc submission on behalf of the petitioner that the F.I.Rs. have their genesis in the transactions which have an element of commonality, appears to have some substance.

Hence, we direct that the investigation in C.R. No. 727 of 2020 registered with Pimpri police station for the offences punishable under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code shall stand transferred to EOW Unit I, Navi Mumbai and investigation henceforth be conducted by EOW Unit I. 5.
Subject to aforesaid directions, the petition thus stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceeding in the event, post completion of investigation, charge sheet is filed in the instant C.R.No. 727 of 2020. (N. J. JAMADAR, J.) (S. S. SHINDE, J.) Vishal Parekar 2/2
