DATED : 15th DECEMBER 2020 P.C:- By the present Interim Application, the only modification that deserve to be granted to the order dated 27th November 2020 is as regards furnishing of sureties. The applicant was admitted to bail on executing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- and on furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount. The applicant has expressed difficulty in arranging for the said sureties and though the order has been passed on 27th November 2020, inspite of serious efforts, he has not been in a position to procure the same.

2/2 37 IA 1385-20 in BA st 1904-20.doc Considering the difficulty posed by the applicant, the order stands modified and would read thus :- (a) The applicant - Saiprasad Vasant Shelke, shall be released on bail in C.R.No. 18 of 2020 registered with Bhandup Police Station, District Mumbai on executing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- and furnishing one or more sureties of the like amount.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
