Learned APP states that the Applicant is from Bangladesh and his brother was released on bail and was allowed to furnish provisional cash surety. It is stated that brother of the Applicant has absconded. Learned APP has apprehension that the Applicant would abscond.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is a Bangladeshi national, possibility of the Applicant absconding and thwarting the 1/2
