By the above Criminal Application, the Applicant seeks a direction that an FIR be registered in respect of the complaints which she has made to Tulinj Police Station, Nalasopara (East). The Applicant has also sought various other reliefs which in our view would fall within the jurisdiction of the Civil Courts. In so far as the registration of the FIR is concerned, the Applicant has addressed complaints dated 29.04.2015 (Exh.F), 14.05.2015 (Exh.9) and 26.05.2015 (Exh.13) to the above application. The Learned APP Mr. J. P. Yagnik states that the copy of the said complaints are not available with the Tulinj Police Station. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant Mrs. Nasreen S. K. the copies of the said complaints would be compiled in a compilation and submitted to the Senior Inspector of Police, Tulinj Police Station, Nalasopara (East) within ten days from date i.e. on or before 01.10.2017. If such a compilation is received by the Senior Inspector of Police, Tulinj Police Station, we direct him to look into the said complaints of the Applicant by enquiring into them and communicate the outcome of the said enquiry to the Applicant within two weeks thereafter. It would be the obligation of the Senior Inspector of Police to carry out the directions as contained in the instant order. In so far as the other reliefs are concerned, it would be open for the Applicant to approach the appropriate authorities/Courts for redressal of the said grievances. If any such application/proceedings are filed by the Applicant, needless to state that the same would be considered on their own merits and in accordance with law. With the directions as aforesaid, the Criminal Application is disposed of.
