This Court, in case of Aparna D/o Vikas Thakur and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, Writ Petition No.3141 of 2021 found it fit to issue directions to the Deputy Director Education for entering the name of that petitioner in Shalarth system when this Court found that approval to the appointment of that petitioner was already granted. Facts of this case are similar. 4.

The petition is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Grant-in-aid for payment of monthly honorarium and salary be released within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
