Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification of Clause (i) of the order dated 19.03.2019 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) in ABA No. 418 of 2019. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is unable to give solvent local sureties despite making several attempts. He, therefore, requests the said condition be

APPP 850-19.doc modified and the Applicant be permitted to furnish one or two local sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- instead of one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and Clause (i) of the aforesaid order is modified. The Applicant is permitted to furnish one or two local sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- instead of one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions to remain as it is. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
