The grievance of the Petitioner is to stop prosecution of the Petitioner in connection with C.R.NO. 414 of 2009. 3.

Learned APP has submitted a report dated 15.06.2022 giving details of the several cases filed against the Petitioner including C.R. No. 414 of 2009. The status of the said case is that the trial is pending. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The details given by the Petitioner in the present petition for seeking the aforesaid relief are not adequate. In view thereof, the request made by the Petitioner cannot be acceded to. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.
