This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and dated 30.01.2014 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Judge, Third Labour Court at Thane in Application (WCA) No. 512/B-139 of 2011.

As per the order passed by this Court, the appellant/applicant Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount within the stipulated period. Hence, ad interim stay granted to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 30.01.2014 is made absolute till the disposal of the appeal.
