Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent No.1 Murlidhar Ramchandra Kowli from the cause title of the Writ Petition within two weeks from today.

b.

Liberty granted to the applicant to carry out appropriate amendment in the cause title of Writ Petition and serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition on the other side.

c.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Office is directed to place the matter on board, after three weeks, for admission.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
