The grievance made by the Petitioner is in respect of forceful and illegal detention and having taken his signature on the blank papers during investigation by the rural police.

Learned APP submits a report prepared by Jailor Grade 2, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The report states that the Petitioner stands released on bail. In view thereof, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive further. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
