Having heard the petitioner's advocate, we find that we cannot entertain this review petition. A review is not an appeal or a revision. The revisiting of the order under review on merits is not possible in our limited jurisdiction. Precisely that is sought by the grounds projected at page 8 of the paper book and with reference to a single petitioner. In these circumstances, the remedy open is not to seek a review, but to challenge the decision in the higher court in an appeal.
