The matter is listed before this Court since the Regular Court has directed that the matter may not be placed before said Court. This is second application for bail. Earlier application was rejected by this Court by order dated 18th April, 2017. The Court however, directed that the appeals of the applicant and the co-accused be

Sknair 4-appa-906-18.odt listed for final hearing in the second week of June, 2017. Subsequently by order dated 8th March, 2018, this Court directed that the appeals be listed on final hearing board in the week commencing from 26th March, 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in custody since 12th January, 2014 and he has undergone about 4 years and 7 months of imprisonment.

Taking into consideration the reasoned order dated 18th April, 2017 it would not be possible to consider the application for grant of bail at this stage. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in custody since January, 2014 and the hearing of the appeals were expedited and directed to be placed on final hearing board. Registry is directed to list the appeal on final hearing board commencing from 6th August, 2018.
