At the outset, learned APP for Respondent No.1- State submitted that, after completion of the investigation of the present crime, Police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of J.M.F.C. (Court No.2), Nashik Road, Nashik and the same has been numbered as C.C.No. 1 of 2022.

In view thereof, Applicants are having an alternate remedy by filing an application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the Trial Court. By reserving the alternate remedy in favour of the Applicants, Application is disposed off.
