1.
This application is preferred for extension of time to deposit amount of Rs.7,66,250/-. The extension is sought for a period of four months. In the main application, the Notice is issued to the Respondents.
2.
Vide order dated 12/04/2023 passed in I.A.No.1288 of 2023 with I.A.No.1286 of 2023, the substantive sentence of the Applicant was suspended subject to payment of the said amount within a period of eight weeks from 12/04/2023. The last clause of the said order mentions that, if the amount as directed was not deposited, the ad-interim relief shall stands vacated without further reference to the Court. Therefore, the said order has operated and as of today the ad-interim relief stands vacated. 3.
Learned counsel for the Applicant has preferred this fresh application for extension of time. He submitted that, in spite of his genuine efforts, he could not arrange for the said amount within the prescribed period. He had already deposited the amount in other two revision applications and, therefore, he was short of funds; but he is genuinely trying to comply with the said order. He requires extension of time, so that, he can arrange for funds.
4.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant expressing his genuine intention to comply with
the earlier order, I am inclined to grant further extension. 5.
