DATE :17th FEBRUARY, 2021 P.C. :

1.

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 3.

In this matter, the learned counsel for the applicant rightly points out that the police have not taken care of concealing the identity of the victim in the charge-sheet.

4.

The investigating agency, as well as, the trial court is directed to take care, so that, the identity of the victim is not disclosed. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Gokhale
