Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The petitioner and respondent no.1/alleged contemnor, are present. They are wife and husband respectively. This contempt petition has been filed, as the petitioner alleges that the respondent no.1 had willfully disobeyed the orders of this court.

spb/ 901cp200-11.sxw During the pendency of this contempt petition, a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.1. It is agreed that the respondent No.1 will pay a sum of Rs.8 Lakhs by way of bankers cheque to the petitioner by way of a full and final settlement. It is further agreed that the petitioner will deposit Rs. 5 Lakhs in the fixed deposit with her bankers out of Rs. 8 lakhs for education of the minor son -Harsh. The details of the settlement are recorded in the consent terms filed before this court. The consent terms be taken on record and be marked as Exhibit "X" for the purpose of identification.
In view of the consent terms, the petitioner does not press for any relief in the present contempt petition. It being a civil contempt, the court is inclined to dispose of the same without any further orders.
Contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. In view of the disposal of the contempt petition itself, civil application no. 84 of 2012 does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
