DATE : 11 AUGUST 2016.
P.C. :- 1] There is no necessity to pend the present petition or the civil application. This is because, this court is happy to note that Parshva Shah has shown both grace as well as character in visiting his ailing grandmother, notwithstanding the fact that he is involved in pursuing his Xth standard studies. This gesture on the part of Parshva is appreciated.
2] This Court sincerely feels that it will be in the interests of both parties, including in particular in the interests of their son Parshva that the disputes between them are sorted out amicably. 1/2
DSS 969-wp-7350-16 3] This petition had challenged the order made by the Family Court declining directions to Parshva to meet his ailing grandmother. Now that Parshva has already spent some time with grandmother, there is no necessity to make any further orders in the present petition. It is genuinely expected that subject to his convenience and academic pressures, Parshva, who is a good and mature boy will consider paying more visits to his grandmother, particularly considering the circumstance that she is aged 86 years and in indifferent health.
4] With the expression of this hope, this petition is disposed of. (M. S. SONAK, J.) dinesh 2/2
