The Applicant was suffering from several ailments and he was admitted in J.J.Hospital for treatment. On 15.06.2023, a statement was made that there was no improvement in the condition of the Applicant. Hence, medical report was called. 2.

The report of the Superintendent of Jail reveals that the Applicant was HIV positive, he was suffering from tuberculosis, and that he has not responded to the treatment.
