Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, submitted that, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 pandemic emergency parole leave from 9th May 2020 till 28th June 2022. That the Petitioner reported back to the Jail Authority on 29th June 2022.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
