Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties finally. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, restricted his submission that at least the dispute which is pending be expedited. The other side has no objection for early hearing of the dispute.

In the present matter, the application filed by the

2-wp-6373-14.sxw Petitioner pending the dispute was ultimately rejected on 25.06.2014 and provided the reasons. The statement is made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-society that the society has already proceeded and completed the construction of temple and club house based upon the earlier resolution dated 31.07.2011. Therefore, at this stage, by keeping all points open, I am inclined to dispose of this Petition with a direction to decide the dispute so raised as early as possible preferably within twelve months. No costs.
