Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the Respondent.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Respondent has filed Divorce Petition, which is pending before the Family Court, Mumbai. The Applicant-Wife staying at Pune with her daughter. She has problem to come to Mumbai to attend the proceedings of pending matter. Hence, requested to transfer the Divorce Petition filed by the Respondent to Family Court, Pune, where wife stays.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Respondent submits that, the proceedings pending before the Family Court, Mumbai has kept for evidence and the Respondent has engaged lawyer. The Applicant can appear through video conferencing. Hence, requested to reject the Application. 4.
I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant stays at Pune with her daughter. She is facing difficulty to attend the dates of Petition filed by the Respondent. Yet evidence in the said Petition has not started. It is settled principal of law the Court has to consider the convenience of wife. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) Application is allowed.
(ii) The Marriage Petition No.2579 of 2021 pending before the Family Court, Mumbai be transferred to Family Court, Pune.
