The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that Ram Pyare Maurya, who is a son of Smt.Isaraji Maurya, submits that he is one of the legal heirs of the sole respondent and, therefore, he be 1 / 2

Trupti 18-caf-3429-17.doc made a party to this Application of setting aside the order of dismissal and abatement of Appeal. He further submits that he wants to contest the Application.

My attention is drawn to the order dated 2nd August, 2017 passed by this Court in Civil Application (St.) No. 20569 of 2017. In the said order, this Court has observed that earlier Ram Pyare Maurya has filed many applications for bringing legal heir on record. 3.

In view of the above, Ram Pyare Maurya is to be added in this Civil Application as a party respondent.

Leave to amend. Amendment is to be carried out forthwith. 5.

Stand over to 13th March, 2018.
