The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that the Appellant has not contacted him or given instructions for a long time. It is submitted that even her mobile number is changed and her changed mobile number is not known to him. It is submitted that he has written several letters, however, no reply has been sent by the Appellant. It is obvious that the Appellant is not keen 1 / 2

LPA. 335-08 in pursuing the appeal otherwise she would have contacted her counsel to find out the stage of pendency of the appeal. This appeal is of 2008, almost 9 years have passed. Appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution, reserving the right of the Appellant to apply for restoration if sufficient cause is shown. Appeal is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
