By this petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 17/03/2015 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Baramati, by which the application made by the petitioners was rejected on the ground that as sale deed is executed in their favour in the year 2014, they cannot be impleaded as party in the Darkhast proceedings. For the reasons recorded in Writ Petition No.3661 of 2015, I do not find any merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) URS
