Learned advocate for the applicant submits that in accordance with order dated 20th March 2018 the applicant was directed to be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks. The applicant was also directed to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties within the said period of four weeks. It is submitted that the applicant has furnished sureties before the Trial Court and verification report has also been received by the Trial Court, but the further procedure is required to be completed. In the circumstances, it is submitted that time to furnish sureties may be extended by further four weeks. 2.

Considering the prayer made by learned advocate, time to furnish sureties in accordance with order dated 20th March 2018 is extended by further four weeks. Criminal Application No.711 of 2018 stands disposed off.
