The present application dated 9th February 2021 is sent by Appellant through Jail. It is stated that, the applicant was on the verge of completion of his sentence and therefore, he sought permission to withdraw the present Appeal.

Learned APP has produced on record a report sent by Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, mentioning that, the Applicant has been released from Jail on 7th June 2021 as he has already undergone entire sentence. The said report is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw Appeal No.64 of 2017.
