Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been convicted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Special Court for PITA, 54th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under various Sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, and has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for different periods for different offences, the maximum sentence being 3 years. In appeal, the learned 1/3
Additional Sessions Judge was pleased to confirm the said conviction of sentence awarded by the trial Court.

By a separate order passed today, the revision has been admitted. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was on bail pending trial as well as pending his appeal in the Sessions Court. He submits that the applicant has not misused and breached the condition of bail. He further submits that the applicant has no antecedents. Since the revision application has been admitted and is not likely to come up for hearing in the immediate near future, the applicant's sentence is suspended and the applicant is enlarged on bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) The applicant be released on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 4.
The Criminal Application No. 368 of 2016 is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of. 2/3

In view of the aforesaid, Criminal Application No. 367 of 2016 does not survive. The same stands disposed of. 6.
