1] Learned counsel for the Petitioners restricts claim in the Petition for a direction to the Respondent - Zilla Parishad for considering the representation of the Petitioners for transferring them to a station within a distance of 30 kilometers, from the place where the spouses of the Petitioners are working. 2] The Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Respondent - Zilla Parishad to consider the claim of the Petitioners for transferring them to a place which is situated within 30 kilometers, where their spouses are working. Such a representation shall be made within a period of 15 days from today. The same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of Balaji Govindrao Panchal making application.
