The learned APP, upon instructions tenders a copy of the judgment delivered by the learned JMFC, Kalyan in RCC No.227 of 2016 convicting the applicant-accused for the offences punishable under Section 3 read with 25 of the Arms Act and 37(1) read with 135 of Bombay Police Act. According to her, as such the application rendered infructuous. The application is dismissed, as infructuous. The copy of the judgment is taken on record.
