It is an admitted position that the impugned order of the Recovery Officer dated 06-06-2019 has so far not been available. The Petitioner has a remedy of challenging that order before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petitioner will be at liberty to approach the D.R.T. to challenge the impugned order when made available. The parties shall maintain status-quo in respect of the premises in question till 25 June 2019.
