1) The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigation Officer who is personally present in the Court, submitted that in pursuance of order dated 29/6/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer on the stipulated dates and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 29/6/2016 is hereby confirmed.
