The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that yesterday, i.e., 14th June, 2018 the matter was heard before the trial Court for ad-interim injunction. The learned counsel for the Corporation appeared in the matter and the trial Court rejected to grant ad-interim relief on 14th June, 2018 at 5.30 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that therefore the order of trial Court is not uploaded and not available today. He submitted that the trial Court has fixed the matter on 20th June.

Considering the submissions, it appears that there is urgency to the petitioner, as the water and electricity connections are 1 / 2

520.WP6420_2018.doc disconnected on 11th June, 2018 by the Corporation. The Corporation to file reply before the trial Court on or before 19th June, 2018. The trial Court is requested to hear the matter on 20th June, 2018 and the Notice of Motion is to be decided on or before 22nd June, 2018.
