In this matter, the learned APP has submitted a copy of the report dated 28/01/2021 tendered before the Court of JMFC, Khadki, Pune by PI (Crime) Smt. Manisha Zende in Nesarikar
2 / 3 respect of C.R.No.680/2020 registered at Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune City. The report mentions that no offence was revealed after investigation and therefore the report was filed seeking '
B' summary in this offence. The learned Magistrate had issued notice to the complainant in this case. A copy of the report is taken on record and marked '
X' for identification.
Learned APP therefore on instructions states that the investigating agency does not want to arrest any of the Applicants. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the Applicants does not press this application.

Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) The applications are disposed of as not pressed. (ii) In case the investigating agency decides to arrest the Applicants in connection with the same offence in future, the investigating agency shall give four clear working days' notice to the
3 / 3 Applicants to enable them to approach an appropriate Court for appropriate relief.
(iii) With these observations the applications are disposed of.
