The Petitioner challenges the order dated 24 March 2015 issuing notice to the Respondent and directing maintenance of status-quo.

The Petition has been filed in July 2015 and has been kept pending. Simultaneously the Petitioner has appeared before the Labour Court and has contested the application for interim relief. It is informed that the interim relief application filed by the Respondent is rejected. Nothing therefore survives in this petition. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the complaint is an abuse of process of law in view of the order passed by this Court and the matter is now pending in revision. It is open
