The Application is taken out for reduction of maintenance granted during the pendency of this Appeal from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.5,000/-. The maintenance was granted to Respondent-wife at the rate Rs.15,000/- as far back in 30 March 2013 by the trial Court. by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

rsk 2 73-IA-10429-22.doc the value of Rs.15,000/- itself has been reduced to almost Rs.5,000/-. Any further reduction would result in absurdity. Thus we are not inclined to entertain the Interim Application. The Interim Application is disposed of.

As regarding the request for early hearing of this Appeal, we note that the Appeal is of the year 2013. List the Appeal for final hearing on 19 October 2022.
