However, the matte was mentioned yesterday and in addition to the original record, Mr. Samant placed before us two copies of the State list of Other Backward Class and the Government Resolution dated 1st March, 2006.

Upon perusing this Government Resolution and a prior Government Resolution dated 1st January, 2001 and taking them on record and marking as 'X' collectively, we are of the view that they would have a definite bearing on the controversy and particularly on the correctness of the view of the majority.
