Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for restoration of Civil Revision Application No.517 of 2015 along with Civil Application No.46 of 2016 which was dismissed for default by order dated 16.6.2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 16.6.2016 advocate on record was not keeping well. To that effect, he has made averments in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the paragraph 3 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Mohite 1/2

A) Order dated 16.6.2016 passed by this court is recalled.

B) Civil Revision Application No.517 of 2015 and Civil Application No.46 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
