The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner tenders an affidavit dated 19th October, 2015 of the Petitioner. In the said affidavit, he has accepted that possession of the acquired land was taken over by the Government and amount of compensation was also paid. He has tendered an unconditional apology for not disclosing the aforesaid facts in the Writ Petition and he has sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, we accept the unconditional apology. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
