What is alleged in this Petition is the breach of order dated 23rd December, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.2624 of 2013. Thus, this is a Civil contempt within the meaning of clause (b) of section 2 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

We direct the Registry to re-number this Petition as a Civil Contempt. Thereafter Petition shall be placed before the appropriate Bench.
