The order dated 12.04.216 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

The contempt petition is restored to file for hearing on merits.

The petitioner is directed to remove all office objections on or before 18.11.2016, failing which the Contempt Petition shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the court.
