The petitioner claims that he is working with respondent on the post of Sr. Executive-CS. Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 20/04/2018 by which he has been transferred from Pune to Bhusawal, the petitioner had submitted a representation Exhibit 'H' before respondents and has filed this petition. It is not in dispute that in compliance of the transfer order, the

2 905.6658.18 wp.doc petitioner has already joined at the transferred place. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the representation has been submitted on 05/05/2018 but the same has not been decided by the Competent Authority of the respondents as yet.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing the Competent Authority of the respondents to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner to submit copy of the representation alongwith copy of this order before the Competent Authority of the respondents for appropriate decision as aforesaid.
