The consent terms were already taken on record on 10th February 2018. However, final order was not passed as the Respondent No.7 is no more. On the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, we have permitted amendment of the consent terms to which the learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection. Clause 4(a) has been added in the consent terms which records that Respondent Nos.1 to 6 are the only legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.7. Added portion is signed by the

2/2 fa-1094.11, xobst-11919.11.sxw Respondent Nos.1 to 6 who are personally present in the Court. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents on instructions states that the statement recorded in paragraph 4(a) is correct. We accept the statement. Accordingly, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms taken on record and marked 'X' for identification;

(ii) The consent decree/ award shall be drawn within a period of two months from the date on which this order is uploaded; (iii) Writ along with record and proceedings, if received by this Court, shall be dispatched to the Reference Court within a period of three months from the date on which this order is uploaded; (iv) After the writ of the consent decree/ award is received by the Reference Court, the said Court shall immediately pass consequential orders regarding disbursal/deposit of the amounts awarded as per the impugned judgment and award.
