The learned Counsel Mr. Agrawal submit that he received instructions to appear on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and he undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week from today.

Both the Counsel submit that Revision Application No. 556 of 2016 is fixed for hearing before the learned Joint Registrar,

Both the Counsel submit that hearing is already completed in the said Revision. Both the Counsel submit that this Court be pleased to direct the Authority i.e. the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai to decide their Revision Application No. 556 of 2016 on urgent basis on 3rd July, 2017.

Considering the submissions made by both the Counsel, by consent following order is passed.

ORDER

(A) Liberty is granted to both the parties to file additional compilation of documents before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai on or before 30th June, 2017 with copy to other side.

(B) The learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai is directed to decide the Revision Application No. 556 of 2016 on its own merits after hearing both the sides, preferably on 3rd July, 2017.

(C) The learned AGP is directed to communicate this order to the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai immediately.

(E) Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceeding in respect of remaining prayer clauses of the present Writ Petition.
