The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is stuck as the victim is avoiding to enter into the witness box to give evidence. The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 on instructions submits that the victim will remain present before the trial Court for giving evidence on next date i.e. on 26 April 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application.
