By this petition, the Petitioner seeks writ of mandamus against Respondent No.1 to hear and decide the Revision Application described in prayer clause (b) of the petition. 2.
The learned AGP on instructions states that it is not possible to trace the papers of the said Revision Application after a period of 30 years.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner upon raising query by this Court, stated that the possession of the land in question was already taken in the year 1975 from the Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2
903 wp 10462-22.doc predecessors of the Petitioner and the land was already handed over to Respondent Nos. 4 to 6.

The Petitioner has not produced any documents before this Court to show about the steps, if any, taken by the Petitioner for applying for disposal of Revision Application since 1993. 5.
The impugned order which is the subject matter of the Revision Application is already implemented in the year 1975 itself. We are thus not inclined to grant any relief as prayed in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is devoid of any merits and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
