In view of the pleading and for the reasons stated in the said application I am satisfied that the present application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice. Accordingly, Criminal Application No.532 of 2015 is allowed.

2) The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.578 of 2015 to implead the original complainant Shri. Udyan Chakravarti as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
