The learned counsel for the State fairly submits that the appellant has made a communication to the competent authority seeking release of the attached property. In any case, the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 3.95 Crores. The State seeks leave to varsha

10apeal.1341.2018.doc disburse the said amount in favour of the depositors who are affected by the said case. The amount of Rs. 01,06,65,000/- which is deposited in this Court i.e. towards interest and interest component will remain as it is subject to the final order of this Court in the Criminal Appeal No. 1341 of 2018. The competent authority is hereby permitted to distribute proportionately the amount of Rs. 3.95 Crores to the affected parties in the present case in accordance with law and the competent authority shall also release the attached properties of the appellant. 3.
