It appears that there is an alternate remedy of filing of Appeal before Employees Insurance Court against Order dated 08 May 2023 passed under provisions of Section 85B of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (Act).

The learned counsel appearing for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy of filing Appeal before the Employees Insurance Court under Section 75 of the Act. For the purpose of enabling Petitioner to file an Appeal, the interim relief granted by this Court shall continue to operate for a period of 04 weeks. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
